Pre-Order Terms
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to secure your item.
Availability: Pre-ordered items are not currently in stock but are scheduled for future release. Estimated shipping dates are provided in the product description.
Shipping: Once the pre-ordered item arrives at our warehouse, your order will be processed and shipped as per our standard shipping policy. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated shipping dates, please understand that delays can occur due to manufacturing or shipping issues. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the expected timeline.
Cancellations and Refunds: Pre-orders can be cancelled, but a 20% order processing and cancellation fee will apply. Once the item is shipped, standard return policies apply.
Multiple Items: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, and the pre-ordered items will be shipped once they are available. Additional shipping charges may apply.
